6th Men in HR Convention 2026

The 6th Annual Men in HR Convention was hosted at Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa in Mombasa under the theme: “Men Leading with Impact and Driving Productivity through People.”

The theme challenged men in the HR profession to embrace intentional, values-driven leadership—leadership defined not by title or tenure, but by the impact created, the people empowered and the productivity unlocked.

The Convention underscored the responsibility of HR professionals to champion policies, systems and decisions that placed people at the heart of organisational success while advancing performance and safeguarding human dignity.

Delegates participated in insightful conversations and practical sessions that strengthened leadership thinking, promoted accountability and highlighted the importance of translating people strategies into meaningful organisational results.

The Convention marked an important step towards building leaders who created impact, empowered people and developed productive, sustainable organisations.
