Eligibility
- For the HR Director, Best Trendsetter and HR Rising Star categories, you must be a current IHRM member in good standing.
- For those categories, your IHRM Membership Number is required when making your submission.
- Nominees must be based in Kenya and active in the HR profession.
- You may nominate yourself if you meet the above criteria.
- Ministries, State Departments, County Governments, County Assemblies, Parastatals and IHRM Branches should not submit entries for nomination, as they will be accorded special recognition.
