CHRP Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) examination results

The Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) is proud to join the Human Resource Management Professionals Examinations Board (HRMPEB) in marking the historic release of the first CHRP Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) examination results.

We celebrate the 25 pioneering HR professionals who took the bold step of having the knowledge, competencies and experience gained through years of professional practice formally assessed and recognised. Their achievement demonstrates that experience counts, workplace learning matters, and professional growth has no age limit.
The RPL pathway provides eligible HR practitioners with an alternative route towards the Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) qualification, while maintaining the professional standards, rigorous assessment and quality assurance required of the qualification.
