On 30th September 2026, the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) Nairobi Region hosted a highly impactful Members’ Free Forum at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC), bringing together HR professionals and industry leaders for an evening of learning, connection and meaningful conversation.

Under the theme “AI and Employee Relations: Exploring AI’s Impact on Today’s Workplace,” the forum explored how artificial intelligence is transforming employee relations, employment law compliance, workplace practices and strategic workforce management.
